All orders placed through our online store must be collected from our store located at:

on the date and during the time slot selected when placing the order.
All reserved and paid products must be collected on the date confirmed in the order.
The photographs used in our online store are real images of products that we have manufactured.
However, depending on the availability of decorative elements and seasonal factors, the final appearance of products may vary.
If there is any issue with a purchased product, you must notify us by email at info@mustikka.es on the same day the product is received.
The email must include:
Purchase date
Product name
Reason for the claim
Copy of the purchase receipt
Once the claim has been reviewed and justified, Mustikka will decide whether to replace the product with the same item or issue a refund.
Customers have a period of seven (7) days from the purchase date to exercise their right of withdrawal.
The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Returns of products that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
Once the claim has been approved, the refund will be issued in the form of a gift voucher for the same amount as the original purchase, redeemable for any product available in the store.
All Mustikka products are handcrafted and produced in our dedicated gluten-free bakery, eliminating the risk of cross-contamination with gluten.
With regard to other allergens covered by food safety regulations, all allergens are clearly identified and can be consulted by consumers at any time.
The consumption of our products is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Orders may only be cancelled on the same day the purchase is processed.
Mustikka cannot guarantee the uninterrupted technical operation of the Website, the absence of errors or service interruptions, or that the Website will be available and accessible at all times.
